BPC will contact the claimant if additional information and/or documents are needed. It may take several weeks for manual validation by BPC staff and may delay benefit payment. If filers do not verify with ID.me, they will be assisted by the BPC unit in validating their identity. UI claimants filing by phone rather than online will still need to validate their identity.
